Aqsa Hashmi

Salaam! Im Aqsa. I’m Pakistani and 20 yrs old. I started wearing my hijab at the age of 9 and it is something that’s truly apart of me. I began wearing it after I went for Umrah and I realized it was something I was missing in my life and since then I’ve never taken it off. I love trying new hijab styles while also trying to better myself as a hijabi. It's a long journey but I think as long as you’re trying your best and pushing to be a better Muslim with pure intentions then that’s what counts. When I was asked to be apart of Pardah Scarves I thought it was a great opportunity to be able to interact with other hijabis and hear about their struggles as well as learn from them on how to be better. The brand inspires Muslims to embrace modesty while also being just as fashionable. I love the message the brand sends out which is why I chose to be apart of this amazing project. Jzk for this opportunity and I can’t wait for what the future holds!

Dana Yousef

Hey guys! My name is Dana Yousef, I’m 19 years old and I’m Palestinian. Although I’m Palestinian, my mom and dads side live in Jordan which is basically my second home. I love visiting Jordan because the vibes are UNMATCHED. My hijab journey happened over night. After October 7th, i came to a realization that this world is not our final destination and I wanted to become closer to my Deen. With that being said, the reason why i was so excited to model for pardah was that I believe it’s important to support your fellow Muslims in their success. Pardah is immensely empowering to Muslim woman because it shows the beauty of modesty and community.

Nada Morri

My name is Nada and I am Egyptian! I have been a hijabi for 8 years now and can’t believe how far I’ve come! Since I was just a little girl, I found the hijab so beautiful and remember asking my aunt to try it, and that followed with her and my grandma taking me to go buy my very first pink flower hijab. The next day I put the hijab on and felt like the prettiest girl ever. I agreed to model for Pardah because I believe that as a company they exemplify modesty and elegance in the most perfect way. Pardah scarves are so comfortable and breathable while also giving me the utmost feeling of beauty.

I absolutely love medicine and am currently studying in that field to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical/nursing industry. I absolutely love how you’re always learning something new in the healthcare field, and how it’s constantly growing! Some things that makes me happy are my amazing cats, they bring so much joy to our family and I love them so much.

Aneha Khan

Hi I’m Aneha Khan! I am a 21 year old Pakistani American. I started wearing hijab last year. I had been wanting to put it on for a while since I was growing closer to my deen. I would wear it to the grocery store, to go study, and other places just to see how it would make me feel. In those few days that I tested putting on the hijab, I felt so beautiful and protected by my modesty. Right before I started my internship, I felt like it was the perfect opportunity to start the hijab as I begun my professional career. The hijab influences me to be modest not only through my appearance, but also in the way I act. I love that my hijab influences me to be cognizant of the way I carry myself as a Muslim in today’s society. I am currently studying Management Information Systems and would love to use technology for the greater good. I love quality time with my family and friends, working out, playing pickleball, spending time with my cat, and occasionally painting. I agreed to being a part of Pardah Scarves because of their beautiful and unique designs as well as their ability to make women feel confident through modesty. Pardah is an admirable company because of their personal touch on every scarf and the smiles they create on every customer.
