Shipping Policy

Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to process and 2-5 business days to ship within the US. International orders normally take 6-10 business days to ship.

Pre-orders can take anywhere from 3 weeks - 2 months to deliver. Why? We release products to the market before beginning stock production because of our excitement to show you our work! Your pre-order Pardah will be delivered to you (unless third-party delays, like carrier issues, occur) Please be patient with us as we navigate the world of e-commerce and are working daily to become better!

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and send the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item has been worn, please be advised that refund will be issued based on the condition of the product.(Unless circumstances deemed otherwise and was discussed directly with the Pardah Team) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items past the 30-day return window will not be accepted.  Any courtesy windows will be at the restrictions of the merchant. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and keep you updated on any delays or issues. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pardahscarves@gmail.com.
