Material Description:

Hand wash recommended:

Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water (below 30°C / 86°F). Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent (like Woolite or any gentle fabric soap). Avoid bleach or fabric softeners — they break down modal fibers over time.

Machine Wash (if needed): Place it in a mesh laundry bag. Use the delicate or gentle cycle with cold water. Wash with similar lightweight fabrics (avoid heavy denim or towels).

Drying:

Do not wring or twist — gently squeeze out excess water. Lay flat to dry on a clean towel or hang in the shade (direct sunlight can fade colors). Avoid tumble drying — heat can cause shrinkage and fiber weakening.

Ironing & Storage:

Steam or iron on low heat while slightly damp. Always place a thin cloth between the iron and the hijab. Store folded or loosely rolled in a drawer — avoid hanging long-term as it can stretch the weave.
